Great Personality Assessment Tools to improve Interpersonal Relationship and Personal Understanding

Right now we will introduce you to an assessment tool that is extremely popular in Europe and Israel - and also to a Fun Quiz.

Used by 90% of employers in Europe as part of the hiring process, this first tool is also taught in top European Universities and is a recognized branch of psychology.

This personality assessment tool is also reportedly used by the Israeli armed forces to check for mental health.

And also in Israel, if you want this assessment done just for your own interest, (according to one Israeli currently living in North America) you can be on a waiting list for up to a year.

What is it?

It is the personality assessment tool of Graphology, or Personality Assessment with Handwriting Analysis

Although not so commonly used yet in North America for hiring, it is growing in use by Human Resource Professionals here too.

It is also an invaluable tool for relationship compatibility whether romantic, family, friendships, team building or business partnerships.

We learn to know what to expect in the behavior of those we know well, but often we don’t know where it is coming from.

An example of this is the person who most of the time is calm, but every so often they have, what might by friends and family be termed a “temper fit.” The people around this person learn to watch out for it and to stay clear till it’s over. But what they don’t know is WHY it is happening.Many people who behave this way do so because they keep their feelings inside. That is how they stay calm and reserved most of the time. It’s not they don’t have feelings, it’s just that they’re bottling them up inside. It’s like a kettle full of water on the stove, with a lid tightly fitted. The steam builds up and builds up until it has enough pressure to blow off the lid. Once it has done that, if the lid is put back on, it will take time again until the pressure builds up enough to blow the lid off again.

That is why the calm person (and here is how to know them: by their upright or left slanted writing) appears calm but then, watch out, an outburst occurs.

So what use is it to know this?

Armed with this information you now know that your upright writing friend bottles up feelings. To help them overcome the eruptions, you could chat to them about letting their feeling show in a mild way on-goingly.

When they have a problem or are upset, to speak about it at that time, rather than bottle it up until they can’t take it any more. And as they get used to doing this, the explosions will get less and less until they only happen very occasionally if even then.

This is just one example, but it demonstrates how understanding the inner workings of someone’s mind can help with relationships of all kinds.

Handwriting shows the entire personality.

All the “soft” skills: i.e. communication and interpersonal skills. The traits that make each person unique. Their strengths and their weaknesses.

It all shows in their writing.
